I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house near Ilford train station. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the high street and train station, yet tucked away in a quiet area. The value for money was excellent, with basic amenities like tea, coffee, milk, and juice provided in the room. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with ample supplies of these items. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with no proper window but still well-maintained. I had a great experience and would definitely come back.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was just perfect.

I stayed at this hotel before and was very dissapointed this time the first night I moved the bed to reveal heavy mold and black marks on the wall the second night I got little sleep due to guests being noisy as the walls are paper thin I will not stay again

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the station, making it super convenient for exploring central London. Another great thing was the car parking available on the forecourt, which was a big plus for me.
Everything was ok and there is nothing that I believe could be improved.

Great place! I will definitely go there again when visiting London next time. There was one single bed and one double bed in the room. The picture on the Booked.net website is not doing any justice for that place. I assume that the building have been painted white and renovated since the picture was taken. The couple running the place is very very nice. Very nice Roosters Piri Piri restaurant 100m from the Hotel (open late) and a pub next to that. 200M shopping centre and also Primark (if you are interested in buying clothes with budget).
Not the best place during hot weather, because there was no air conditioning in the room.

Very friendly staff owned the hotel. it was very cheap and great value for money. there was tea making facilities in the room aswel as cereal, biscuits and fruit juices. we could come and go as we pleased and didnt have to adhere to any timings when arriving back at night as we had a key to the front door as well as the bedroom. i would stay there again next time i visit London. i would definatly recommend anybody to stay here.

The guest house is conveniently located, being very close to the train station and the town centre. It offers easy access to central London. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with complimentary tea, coffee, and milk provided. the bathrooms may be in need of modernisation, but they are clean and tidy. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor garden area, which provides a pleasant space for smokers.
Some guests experienced issues with check-in and heating, leading to a less satisfactory stay.

It was very quiet
I was freezing! Told the lady, she put on the heating for like 10mins, just when it started warming up, she turned it back off. Couldn't take off my clothes, slept in a jumper and socks!
